Adding Addendum
A doctor’s treatment note is locked after 24 hours and doctors cannot edit it afterwards. For Situations when the clinic receives the reports or if the patient calls the clinic to get information - it can be added for the visit as notes.
Step 1: You may search for patient and click on Patient History.
Step 2: Select New on the Addendum portion to key in notes and save.
