Adding medical coverage to a Visit

You may add medical coverage for the patient in 3 different areas.

Option 1: When adding patient to patient registry, select the medical coverage and save accordingly.

Option 2: On Patient registry select Actions > update coverage > select the coverage > click save.

Option 3: When patient status is “Post-Consult”

  • Click onto the post consult status on patient registry.
  • It should open up the Dispensing page (just before printing).
  • Click onto the medical coverage available on the top to add medical coverage.

Note :

  • Multiple coverages can also be added by clicking on “Adding Another Coverage.”
  • Although multiple coverages can be tagged in patient profile, only one medical coverage can be used during registration. Refer to patient registration portion.
  • Medical Coverages added will be tagged to the patient automatically in the next visit. Clinic staffs will not have to add the medical coverages manually again in subsequent visit.
