Automatic PR for Low Inventory

There are two methods in ordering stock that is low.

1. Going and selecting New Request  > “Re- order Low Stock”- this will automatically create a purchase request from vendors for all stocks that are deemed low in clinic

2. In Current stock you can select items and reorder them.

• Select Stock you will like to reorder. This can be in Multiple pages of current stock by selecting check box.
• Then select ‘Re Order Item ‘option which is now enabled in option to ‘New Request’.

• A new standard purchase requisition with line items will be created. Quantity will automatically be calculated as Reorder point- Current Stock. 

You can search for Stock filter “Low” in current stock page and select all to get low stock as well.
