b. Go National Immunisation Registry

c. Search for Records with filters and submit

d. Search for Records that have failed
When you see failed records you will need to check and see the following:

- If CMS record and NIR Patient ID type and Number has any differences , the submission will fail. Clinic will need to update the patient information in CMS for future submissions but Doctor will have to manually submit the record for already completed visits. Record will remain as failed.
- Any potential issues , like Doctor has already Manually submitted etc , If the Doctor has manually submitted then clinic will not/should not submit the record from CMS NIR Page. Record will remain as failed.
- In case the issue was caused because NIR site is not working, please resubmit at a later time period.
If you are still unsure after all of the above checks , please contact your IT administrator for further guidance
NOTE:
- MHCP vaccinations only 1 vaccine will be auto submitted, so if multiple vaccines please do multiple registrations.
- Package Vaccine lines will not be reflected here and will need manual submissions
- Only types NRIC (Pink), NRIC (Blue) , FIN , Passport and Other will be displayed for submissions.
