Refund

Step 1: Click on Case Manager button from your Patient Registry page.



Step 2: Use the search engine to search for patient. Once you have searched and selected patient,
click the arrow button to proceed. 



Step 3: You will be able to view Items dispensed and charges breakdown for the transaction selected.
Ensure correct patient and case number is selected before proceed to start adjustment. 

Step 4: Scroll down until you see Bill Adjustment and click “Start Refund”.


Step 5: 

  1. Select the items you would like to refund. 
  2. Indicate the Refund Qty and Refund Amount if you would like to refund partial amount from the item. 
    Select the Reason for Refund from the drop down list.
  3. Upload  supporting documents e.g. Refund form
  4. Click Next

Step 6: You will be able to view Items dispensed and charges breakdown for the transaction selected.

  1. Key in the amount to be refunded. This amount can be reflected in point 3. 
  2. Key in the amount that clinic will be refunding with their petty cash. Please indicate 0 if bill is more than 50 and clinic will not be refunding any amount from their petty cash. Total amount will be directly refunded by finance. 
  3. This amount is the refund amount. 
  4. Key in your reason or other necessary information like patient address in this box. Also indicate patient account details below the box if finance is required to process the refund to patient. 
  5. Click submit for approval.
