Viewing of Lab results

Staff can retrieve patient’s results via these locations:

• Hardcopy results mailed to the clinic – EXISTING
• Soft copy results on INNOVATIVE DIAGNOSTICS portal – EXISTING
• Soft copy results on patient’s Document tab in CMS – EXISTING:
• Patient’s results directly flowing / appearing into patient indicators tab – Charting page – NEW FEATURE:

• Click on the timeline option on patient indicators to switch from charting to timeline view.

• If the result click on the timeline option on patient indicators to switch from charting to timeline view.
