Adding existing Patient to Registry

How to go to Patient Search

 

  1. Select Patients Icon on left side selection Panel
  2. When in Patient registry Page select “+Add Patient to Registry)
  3. When in Patient registry Page select F2 from your key board

How to find your Patient

  1. You can 
    search by Identification no/Name /Contact number / Email address in Patients/ Search Patients Page

  2. Use “” for a better search

    e.g if you know your patients name is “John S Doe” if you search only john you will get name where john word is present so you will search with “John S Doe” instead

  3. Use Filters to Narrow down search
 

+Add to Registry

After you find correct patient Add to Registry

Ensure to fill necessary field and press save

New Line is Created in Patient registry page with Status Initial. Doctor will be able to see patient in their screen to call them to consultation.
