SMS Templates
Description
Communication templates are created for use in sending
- SMS
- Push notification for Mobile app from CMS
Where is it Located?
You can edit the template in Settings >Manage Communication Template
How to Edit existing templates
Use edit button on end of each line to edit.
How to create New template
Use “+Add New Template” option in end of screen to create a new Template
What are Place holders
Place Holders are temporarily holders of space which will be replaced by individual patient/clinic.
Eg: if I use a Place holder {{Patient_Name}} and send for Patient A it will go as
“Dear Patient A”
Patient B it will as
“Dear Patient B”
Use:*Click the placeholder i.e.{ { clinic_name } } – Name of clinic and press Ctrl–V to paste it in your template.information
Creation and Editing of Templates
- Select the Type of Template
There are three types of Templates :
- SMS
- Push Notification
2. Type in a Description for the template name.
3. Key in the content (with the use of Placeholders if needed) and save
