Sending SMS – Bulk Update

In Communications > New Message if you want to input a large range of phone numbers you can use Bulk Upload.

First Download the Sample File in Orange highlight

It will give you the Format for the type to be used 

eg: For NRIC (PINK) patient you need to key in NRIC_PINK

EXAMPLE:
I want to add both Miss Tan Yu and Mr John Doe into the list

.Their profile is as follows

Then I will need to update the excel as follows

Make sure to keep the document saved as .CSV and upload the document in the red highlighted space “Choose File”

Once uploaded you will be able to see the phone numbers listed correctly with the names.
