CHAS Vaccination Program Error when closing

CMS will throw a general error and not allow for submission / closure of the CHAS vaccination visit / case for the following reasons:
- The Dose is incorrect or not eligible
- The vaccines are not allowed under coverage
Please proceed with the following steps to close the visit correctly:
- Check if correct plan is attached.
- Check if correct vaccines is being dispensed.
- Check if Dose is eligible as per Registration remark.
- Check if Doctor has selected the vaccination & CDS information.
- Check if correct does is selected in dispensing line.
- If eligible dose is wrong- check if NIR is updated correctly with the value – or choose to do manual submission.
- If MHCP says not eligible – check if MCHP and confirm that a submission can be made.
If the clinic has clarified and confirmed that MHCP allows the submission then the clinic can skip the automation to close the case.
What is the manual process?
- Staff to submit claim in MHCP portal manually.
- Doctor to update NIR manually.
- Manually close the case in CMS.
How to manually close the case in CMS?
- Go to Patient registry > Actions > Update Visit Details

2. Select Skip NIR Submission.

Once Skipped you can close case. Then Proceed to submit the following manually:
- MHCP Claim
- Update NIR
