Quick Action:Split Insufficient Batch

When doctors prescribe items- during dispensing the batch might have insufficient stock and need to be selected from another batch.

Then the CC/CA will have to create a new item row to add a new batch number. They will have to be vigilant to add all changes doctor has made to the row such as instructions, dosage, remarks etc.

If system has error message “Items are available in different batches. Please issue item Separately.”

Then Line will have a new Option/icon which will prompt the CC/CA to Split the line.

Upon clicking on this icon , system will automatically

1.Add a duplicate line, with both the same item and same remark.

2. Adjust the first line with the allowed quantity for the first batch.

3. To the next line add the remaining quantity to the new Batch number.
