How do you do do cheque clearance for TPA or other manual claims?

Background:

  • When CA completes TPA transaction in the system > CA will then proceed to do the claim in the TPA portal.
  • Once TPA portal sends the cheque over to the specialist clinic directly to make the payment > clinics must go to manual claim on CMS and submit the cheque amount that is received.
