Selecting an Additional Payer for Visit

You can only select a Additional payer for the visit after you have registered the Patient to queue, and not during the registration.

  1. Action> Update visit
  2. In consultation screen by Doctor
  3. By Staff in post consult/dispensing screen top bar “select coverage”.

upon registration it will default select “Self” as Payer Name.

When you select the Additional Payer from drop down another box will load displaying the payee’s balance 

 

e.g.: Here I have selected the patients Father and his balance has appeared under Payer Balance in Registration Remarks.

 

 

Then press save.
