Mobile consultation – Doctor

• Step 1: Doctor online / offline

1. If the clinic allows direct registration for patient once appointment is booked, then Doctor has the option to go online based on their availability to take video consultations.

Note:

• For appointment only clinics doctors will auto be enabled as online. You will need to manually set status as offline or log out of CMS completely to go offline. 
  

  OR

  

• Closing the browser alone will not make you go offline.

Step 2: Once doctor is online: 

1. Doctors will now get a notification that there is a patient waiting to be accepted.

• • If Doctor accepts, patient will be added into the current day queue.
  • If Doctor is unavailable, they can decline the notification. Another online doctor can still accept the patient for consultation from there.
