Mobile consultation - actions by clinic staff
Step 1: Appointments.
- When an appointment is made from the web/mobile the clinic will receive an email informing about the Appointment.
- Staff will be able to go to Appointment Page in CMS to search, view, cancel or confirm the pending appointments.
Note: Mobile appointments will come with prefilled purpose of visit “Mobile consultations” and preferred Doctor (please do not alter it).
Step 2: Registering patient to the queue on the day of the appointment.
- The appointment should only be registered when the doctor is ready to take the call and +15 mins before the appointment. If the registered consultation has not started within a certain time period the visit will be auto cancelled.
- If an appointment is directly registered, they will be directly visible in the registration page. Please ensure Doctor starts consultation within the stipulated time, if not the appointment will auto cancelled.
Step 3: Payment.
- After consultation, staff will have to select “Send Payment link” /”Make payment” option to receive the online payment. When an online payment is made the clinic will receive a notification.
Notification will be shown in three places.
- A pop-up indicating Payment.
- Notification on Payment
- A $ icon after Payment status for the line in payment registration.
Step 4: Medication Delivery and visit completion.
When a payment is successfully made, staff can see the payment on the payment history section on the left side of the window.
Followed by payment, staff can arrange for the delivery of medication and “Print Delivery Note” to attach to the physical goods being sent to patient.
Upon completion CC/CA should “Complete and Close” visit.
