Clinical Alert Information

ALLERGY and ALERT

To add an Allergy or Alert the Doctor can now select Manage Allergy/Alert option on top of screen.

The Pop Up will have two tabs.

1. Allergy/ADR Information

2. Clinical alert Information

Adding Clinical Alert Information

• Select Add 
• Key in Alert Type
• Key in or Select Alert Name
• Ensure Administrator is filled.

Delete or Inactivate Alerts

Alerts cannot be edited. User can Inactive or Delete Alerts based on Requirement. Select the trash button on left side and then select which action you would like to take place.

View CMIS

Viewing CMIS doesn’t mean that the alerts will automatically be synced to CMS. The user will have to manually copy over the values to be displayed in CMS.
