CDLENS (Communicable Disease Live & Enhanced Surveillance)
What is the Functionality?
For Infectious Disease communicable by submitting MD131 forms via CDLENS the following section can be used in CMS.
For example :
Infectious diseases to be notified if there are TWO or more cases:
• Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease (HFMD)
Infectious diseases to be notified if there are ONE or more cases:
• Mumps
• Measles
• Rubella
• Diptheria
• Poliomyelities
• Meningitis
• Tuberculosis
How to Key in CDLENS ?
In Projects page you will be able to see a Topic called CDLENS/IRIS
After selecting the option and be able to select the related patient using the filters and Left side panel.
Then Fill the mandatory field inside the form for Submission
The form is of three parts.
- Common information
- Clinical Information
- Visit Information
the 3rd Part visit details is the one the Doctor will have to focus on to fill the mandatory fields with the relevant informations.
User is allowed to save as Draft and when completed to Submit . Sync will be to CDLENS.
