HSG Multi Visits

HSG can have three types of Visits.
- Plan Discussion Visits (First or Subsequent)
- Vaccination Visits
- SFL Visits.
Each visit will require a Re-registration of Patient and no additional Items can be dispensed if requirement to Utilize another coverage such as CHAS/Insurance etc for acute or chronic item dispensing.
Plan Discussion Visit
First Plan visit.
- Add HSG plan in Medical coverage for Patient in Patient Profile under Medical coverage. Add coverage – searching for HSG coverage- select First visit plan.
- Purpose of Visit should be either Healthier SG First Visit for the first visit.
- Coverage for First HSG plan should be attached to visit.
- Eligibility should be checked under coverage remarks.

- General medical examination ICD code Z00.0 can be used.
- If Yes, Charge item for HSG first consultation should be dispensed- and Patient will not have to pay for any discussion.
- If No, Charge as per clinic requirement- do not use coverage.
If Subsequent Visit.
- Purpose of visits can be Healthier SG.
- Can continue as a normal acute or chronic visit – and no unique visit needed.
HSG Vaccination Visit
Based off of HSG tab eligibility check,
- Add the HSG Vaccination medical coverage to patient as per the vaccination needed and by their Card in patient Profile under medical coverage tab- add coverage by searching HSG vaccination coverage and select relevant plan.
eg:
- Attach visit for new registration.
- Check Dosage Eligibility on the plan remarks.

- Select Encounter for Immunization ICD code Z23.0 or the specific vaccine information.
- Dispense Vaccine
- Complete Visit
- Check Claims under CMS MHCP/CHAS claims section.
- Vaccine will be updated in NEHR/NIR
HSG SFL Visits
- Add the HSG SFL medical coverage to patient by their Card and Visit(First screening/Repeat/Follow-up).

- Attach visit for new registration.
- Check Eligibility on the plan remarks.
- Select Encounter for Screening ICD code Z13.9.
- Dispense Screening
- Complete Visit
- Submit Claim via CMS SFL claims section.
