Co-pay amount not reflected / reflected as wrong amount
What to check first if co-pay amount does not reflect the correct amount?
Step 1: Ensure correct medical coverage and correct plan is being selected for patient. Plan would indicate the co-pay amount is any during setup.
Step 2: Next, on the dispense page ensure that each item dispensed has the medical coverage tagged to it individually.
