Step 1: Ensure correct medical coverage and correct plan is being selected for patient. Plan would indicate the co-pay amount is any during setup. Step 2: Next, on the dispense page ensure that each item dispensed has the medical coverage tagged to it individually. Step 3: If coverage, correct plan and items that have been tagged correctly, the co-pay amount will be reflected.
